*The care being provided a loved one in a long term care facility --or--
*A home bound friend or loved one living alone.
Through our Elder Nurse Check program, our nurse or aide, as appropriate, visits your friend or loved one on a mutually agreed upon schedule in the long term care facility or their home to help ensure proper care is being received or to assist with activities of daily living. Our caregiver documents results of the visit and, if you desire, a copy of the results will be made available. Any immediate concerns discovered during the visit would be reported without delay.
Our Elder Nurse Check program provides that second pair of eyes that gives you some reassurance and peace of mind.
